On my assessment day I would like to express my thanks to everyone including Trevor and the wonderful consultant James for their very friendly and professional service.

On the day of my operation, special thanks go to the surgeon Mr Rassaq who was so professional but also very personable and I really appreciated the fact that he introduced himself to me before the operation and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. Also thanks to Mrs Ling ? (Sorry forgotten her first name) and the nurses who looked after me. I have been quite fortunate that I have had very little medical intervention during my life so quite a new experiene for me – but certainly one that I will not be afraid to go through again. Thank you everyone.
